What to Expect

Coaching starts with your goals. Together, we clarify what you want to work on and design a process that fits—whether short and focused or longer and more in-depth. Typical questions include managing the balance between work goals and well-being, returning to work after burnout or leave, navigating a career or personal transition, or reorienting your career or life path.

Each trajectory balances reflection and practical steps, helping you test new approaches and embed lasting change.

How it Works

We start with a free introductory call to explore your question and check the fit. You will receive a proposal with objectives, number of sessions, and practical details. Sessions last 1–1.5 hours and can take place online or in person (usually Amsterdam). Please note that the sessions are confidential and nothing is shared without prior consent.

Coaching is usually offered at an hourly rate, but can also include an intake or outtake with manager, the use of third-party tools, or integration with a Circle  for added support.

Working with Sue has been truly transformative. She helped me grow into an authentic leader—clear, compassionate, and courageous in my own voice.

Claudia, Scientist & Team Lead, National Pediatric Hospital

Sue created a safe and courageous space where I could truly unpack and shift my perspective. I still use the tools and habits we practiced—long after our coaching ended.

Vanessa, Partner, Global Consulting Firm

Sue gets to the heart of the matter quickly. Her coaching combines sharp insight with practical relevance—and truly makes a lasting impact.

Senior Organizational Consultant, Rijnconsult

Sue has the ability to create the conditions where you can better understand your own challenges, by posing questions and creating the space for reflection and learning. I found her to be both an empathetic and analytical listener – two traits that don’t often align well but that Sue has both the expertise and experience to convey.
