A NIP-registered business psychologist and senior leadership profiler, Jojanneke brings more than 20 years of international experience working with senior leaders across professional services, financial services, consulting, legal and pharmaceutical environments. Through My Essential Development Partners (MyEDP), Jojanneke provides executive assessment, leadership profiling and individual coaching, taking a depth-oriented and highly individual approach to exploring the values, motivations and patterns that shape how leaders lead, build trust and make decisions under pressure.
