Expert-facilitated group coaching: shared insight, support, and growth.
Life Brings Change
We’re not Meant to Face it Alone
Whether moving countries, balancing work and family, or managing your energy at work, Ncourage Circles offer a low- threshold way to connect, gain insight, build resilience, and gain support through shared experiences.

What to Expect
Ncourage Circles bring 5+ participants together around a shared theme or transition. Each Circle runs for a set period (typically 5–12 sessions, online or in person) and blends expert input with personal reflection reflection, exercises, and peer learning.
The real value lies in sharing experiences, testing out tools together, and building support that lasts beyond the sessions. Circles can stand alone or be integrated into wider programs with individual coaching for more personalized support.
We love customizing but here are some tried & tested Ncourage Circles:

At every stage of our working lives, we face unique challenges and opportunities. We currently have three Ncourage Circles which support this journey:

Grip
For early-career professionals to strengthen their identity, explore strengths, and build resilience.

Success with Stress
Helping mid-career employees sustain balance and energy while aligning work and life with purpose.

Wise At Work
Proactive support in the later stages of a career, when wisdom and experience are abundant but energy and vitality may shift.

How it works
Each Ncourage Circle runs for a set period (typically 5–12 sessions) with a small group of peers, online or in person. Every meeting combines expert input with tools and exercises, while leaving room for reflection and shared experience.
Shared experiences were most helpful. I also enjoyed the opportunity to take a break and focus on something different when work was busy
It was good to take time to learn about yourself and what works for you — and to be open about your boundaries with your team.
The program helped me reduce ineffective behavior. By making small changes on a daily basis, you can actually improve a lot.
Having a goal during a high-pressure period helped me feel in control. Thinking in solutions and opportunities gave me energy
Creating my personal vitality plan helped me stay focused on what I want to achieve with my mental health — even though it can be challenging at times.
The theoretical input combined with tips and tricks gave me practical tools I could apply immediately.
GRIP is a 4-month training offered as part of a consultancy traineeship program. Across 3 years, 16 young professionals have taken part, rating the program 4.5/5 overall. One-on-one coaching scored highest (5/5), with strong gains in personal/professional development and collaboration. GRIP supports new joiners in building confidence, energy management, and peer connection in their first months at work.
We started working with Sue to develop a pilot scheme in response to the strains of Covid. We developed a programme intended to support individuals through their own personal challenges, but also help open the eyes of leaders within the business to the experiences of other colleagues. Five years later the programme is still going strong, with demonstrable results, and consistently quoted as a valuable experience by our workforce. Thanks for the ongoing collaboration Sue!
Shared experiences were incredibly helpful. I appreciated having space to pause and reflect—especially when work was intense.
Having a goal during a high-pressure period helped me feel more in control. Focusing on solutions gave me energy.
The one-on-one coaching helped me understand myself better. Sharing our reflections in the final group session gave it all meaning and cohesion.
It was helpful to pause and reflect on who I want to be at work—as a person, a colleague, and a professional.
The program gave me insight into my patterns at work, and how my past experiences still shape the way I show up today.
